The practice of daily inquiry, reflection, and gratitude have changed my life and the lives of many people I have personally coached in the last decade. During my years of coaching I have consistently seen that for many people the biggest hurdle in putting these practices into action is not lack of desire, but lack of a daily reminder. I realized that having these practices all in one easy and practical place would be essential if I wanted my clients to enjoy the results from this daily ritual. The booklet includes 90 pages of my personal writing, inspired by many wonderful scientists, creators, entrepreneurs, coaches, writers and even poets. These daily inspirations are about setting your mind to a positive and informed outlook so that the frequency of your thoughts match the beautiful things you wish to create in your life.
Daily Reflection
In every page, there is a special place for you to write down your daily to-be list. You can write as many as five to-be's every morning. Remember, we are human BEINGS not human DOERS and that our actions usually follow our behavior. If you want to-do certain things in your day, then focus on the behavior that is most likely to get you there.
Daily Inquiry
The Memoir has a separate page, every day, where you will ask a question to the Universe. This is your opportunity to set the focus of your day in the direction YOU want. What answers would help you to be in the frequency of your vision? You will be able to write your answers and ideas and start moving them into action.
